Challenge

MobileOne is one of the largest operators of T-Mobile retail stores and had the goal of growing their company. In order to do this, they needed to update their brand identity to attract new employees and energize the company’s culture.

Process

To position themselves as a vibrant, youthful and energetic company that would appeal to millennials, I knew we needed to change the existing perception of MobileOne. After completing a website discovery, I came up with a mobile-first strategy for a new WordPress website.

Solution

I produced a new logo design that consisted of the characters “M” and “1” stylishly fused on a vibrant blue-to-green color gradient. The new website design showcased the company culture, benefits and why a site visitor would want to work at MobileOne.
